Simple Steps to Join VIS

Follow these simple steps to begin your child’s learning journey

Early Years and Primary Years Programme:

  1. Inquiry: Parents submit an inquiry form through the school website or by contacting the admissions office. The admissions team will provide information about the school, curriculum, and available grade levels.
  2. Registration and Deposit Fee Payment: Parents are required to pay the registration fee and deposit fee. Once that’s settled, the admissions team will contact the parents to send the application forms.
  3. Application Forms Submission: Parents complete the official application form and submit the required documents. Then, the admissions team will schedule the interview. 
  4. The Interview: Applicants will participate in an interview to help us understand their academic readiness, language proficiency, and learning needs.
  5. The Result: Parents will then receive admission results. In case of rejection, parents will be given a refund deposit fee. Parents of accepted students will receive a Letter of Acceptance and Invoice of Enrollment Fee. 
  6. Welcome to the VIS family! Once parents have settled the invoice for the enrollment fee, parents will sign the Financial Commitment Letter and collect the learning kit.

Middle Years and Diploma Programme:

Student Assessment and Interview: Applicants will participate in an academic test, psychotest, and interview to help us understand their academic readiness, cognitive abilities, learning style, and emotional development, while also allowing us to get to know the student and family more personally.
  5. The Result: Parents will then receive admission results. In case of rejection, parents will be given a refund deposit fee. Parents of accepted students will receive a Letter of Acceptance and Invoice of Enrollment Fee.
